Check your mileage manually, That's what I do. Reset the trip meter when you fill up, then next fill up divide mileage by gallons purchased. you really need to run the tank down to around 1/4 tank to advoid the errors from not always filling up to the same mark. (this will vary because of ground temp in the storage tank vs air temp. If you fill the tank& park the car for 30 minutes, the volume will change due to the gas expanding or contracting) Sarg is right about Ethanol content affecting mileage, That'sa really bigproblem with E-85, but it affects E-10, E-15 or any other gas/ethanol blends. Also buy a good fuel line cleaner & put it in before filling up. You may notice a big jump while running the cleaner thru, Then an improvement over before. It seems like the oil companies aren't as carefull as they were amount impuraties getting into fuels as it's transfered & stored. I run fuel cleaner thru my cars every few months and it seems to help.

dustymedic: www.airfleet.com/production.htmlis where you can see all of the vehicles and the lead time. The Pacifica is still being made until perhaps the end of May. It may be to late to order, but he can ask for one already made. Last month Chrysler sold less than 880 Pacifica's and there is a good supply arrount in different places. There are a few dealers with some left over 07 PAC's. The left overs tend to befwd basic or the Limited AWD pretty loaded up. Go to thewww.chrysler.com/en/and go to build and then find when you go to search inventory go to the advanced part and put in Pacifica, you cab even put in 07 or 08. Good hunting. A good dealer will even go many miles to go get it, or deal with the dealer yourself. With the slow sales in most all Chrysler brands this might be a good time to find a real bargin!

You get 20-24 mpg? I just bought a 2007 Limited and I get 13-14 around town. Havn't really taken a trip yet but did see 21mpg briefly on the highway.

Treat her like your wife and take her on a long 100mile trip on the highway. The inner-city driving is choking her to death. Change the oil and filters - fill up with some super unleaded and take off. It has done wonders for my 2008 AWD 4.0L PAC. She now gets 17/18 city - 22/25 Highway. These PACs dont like city driving. They crave the road and it shows. Just my 2 cents

I usually get better gas mileage with super unleaded. I will also pour in a 20oz bottle of Textron gas treatment at fillup before a long highway trip ( I got 25 MPG on the highway on a trip to Atlanta)
