Default What other wheels fit?

My wife has a 2005 Pacifica with 17" cast aluminum wheels.
Last year we had lotsa snow and her car really sucked (not AWD) so I want to get some snow tires for her wheels this winter.
In the spring I want to get some flashier chrome wheels, will wheels off any other Mopar's fit? Are Magnums, 300's etc the same 5 on 5" bolt pattern?
Thanks

Pacifica has a 5x 127mm bolt pattern. This is only used by Chrysler on the Pacifica. No interchanges with another Chrysler product. You might want to try Tire Rack.com and search for an inexpensive set of wheels. However, keep in mind you'll need TPM sensors too! A better option might be to call a few wrecking yards and search for another set of wheels WITH TPM sensors already included. It would probably be cheaper than new...and you know they will bolt up to the car!

Our car must be a real stripper, it doesn't have a TPMS.

I've been watching Ebay and find lifting like this that says wheels from the Grand Cherokees have the same pattern:

I was hoping 300 or Magnums would fit though cuz I know lotsa people with them do the big wheel/low profile thing as soon as they buy them.
