Default Wheel covers
My wheel are beyond cleaning and restoring. Am I able to put wheel covers on them? Like hub caps? Mine is a 2004 Pacifica.

You cannot get wheel covers to properly fit over the factory rims. You will have to purchase a set of basic steel rims to use with the hubcaps
