06 changed the driver side headlight now i the car wont start when i try to start it there is a ticking in the fusebox when it does start i can drive when it shuts off it is acting like a dead battery and sometimes while driving interior light will flicker now

 

changing a head light bulb would have nothing to do with starting the car.

Jump the car will it start then ?

 

Havent tried to jump it just keep taking the terminal off until its starts i have seen smoke come from the positive terminal...
