a bit of help

new to trhis but here goes....when making a right hand turn, there is a "clunk" coning from the right hand side, any help as to what this may be?

its a pt cruiser limited, 2001....i thought i had found the problem as the breaks were loose, but still no joy

update on this one...been under the car today...found that the swaybar link is..er gone!
easy enough to sort, nd a cheap part too!
