Default Can a faulty PCM cause intermittent problems?

Can a faulty (failing) PCM cause erroneous any of the following problems:

1. Oil pressure light for low oil pressure (P0522) - had checks done for leaks (none), oil pump working fine, oil level within range, even replaced oil sensor just to be sure.

2. Transmission fluid low intermittent error (PP0741) - same cannot detect any root cause or issue.

3. The GPS calibration light comes on and off intermittently.

Thanks.
