Default Headers.. Are they worth it?

Has anybody tried "TOG" headers? Are they really worth the price? They look to be good and all, but I just don't know if I can stomach the price if the gains aren't repectable.

Also, is the ceramic coating that important? I have seen uncoated headers for less...

I wouldn't bother the exhaust manifold on the Cruiser is already short enough and the tube lengths are pretty even. Granted they could use a little opening but the gain on a Non turbo engine isnt worth the price.
