Default Horn goes off randomly

Hello folks.
Need a little help.

My wife noticed that her horn goes ON and OFF randomly from time to time.
I checked the fuse box and did not see anything obviously wrong.
From my research online, it seems there is no relay dedicated for the horn...

I don't know if it is related to the horn issue but the airbag light stays on since 3 weeks ago.
Just an FYI. I replaced the Clock spring 3 years ago and no issues.

A little guidance would be appreciated.
Thanks.

I finally got around to looking into this, I replaced the Clock spring, the airbag light is now OFF and the horn seems fine also.
Just wanted to post a follow up.

Thanks,
M.
