I have read your fine site for some time now and it is a wealth of information. I just registered and would like to pick somebody's brain for help. Just purchased a 05 PT GT convertible. There is a wire one of two that come out of the firewall just right of the brake reservoir standing in front of the car. One goes to the area left and the other was found laying on top of tranny beneath the air breather housing. There is a spade connector still inserted in the female end that appears to have broke off for some time. It is a single wire closest color would be orange or light brown. If anyone can describe the routing and end location of this wire I would be very pleased as I have done some searching. It may be so simple I will kick myself later.
