Default '00 t&c speaker problem

When headlights and stereo are on together, the speakers make a buzzing noinse. Have taken to dealer, they of course can't find the problem. It doesn't happen all the time though. If radio is turned off and back on it goes away but it comes right back. It only does it with the headlights on though, never during the daylight with them off. The radio is an infinity with8 speakers. Anyone have any ideas?

ther radio is not grounded correctly. if u have an 01 then if i remember right there is a ground strap that is attached to the back of the radio u can check for yourself. Below the cup holder there is a trim strip about 4 inches long pull it out and there are 4 screws 2 for the cupholder and 2 for the trim panel that goes up to the radio. Take out the 2 screws and pull out from the lower end and remove the trim panel. The radio will come out with 10mm bolts or 4 screws and a few connectors and a ground strap that is either missing or loose.

Is it going to be the same thing for a 2000?? That's what I've got. I'll check it out, thanks!
