We have a 2003 T & C, when my wife was on the freeway it just quit. There is power to everything, tested the starter, fuel pump fuse keeps blowing, but there is no turnover to the engine, not even clicking. I can put power directly to the starter and turnover the engine. Has anyone had this problem? Any suggestions? Thanks for any help.

 

We had a similar problem with ours. It ended up being the ECM (Engine Control Module).

 

get a wire diagram for that fuse that keeps blowing that is where your issue is at.
