Default 07 Town & Country Limited ABS light on & No codes stored.

I have a 07 Chrysler Town and Country 101,000 3.8L. Today I noticed the front wheels (seem more to be the drivers side) pulsing slightly when I turned a corner (slowly) with my foot on the brake. I could feel the pulse in the pedal. I drove home and an hour later I went out and then the ABS light came on and a audio sound alarmed (ding ding ding and then stopped with the light on steady). When I got home I shut the car off and then on. The code was still there. I turned the key to on and off twice to get the codes but nothing displayed. I used my obd2 scanner and it could not find a code. I check for codes with the scanner three more times.... no codes. I shut the car off for two hours, went back out and the ABS light came on and still no codes. I disconnected the battery to clear any codes and that did not work.

I am at a loss with this. ABS light on and it does not throw a code. Ps. A few days ago it was raining hard and I went through a few puddles. I am not one of those nuts that rams through them. The water would have splashed up but that was two days ago. I had no issues until today when I had the pulsating in the pedal and then the ABS light with no codes.
Any suggestions? Thanks.

I think you need to do the key dance more than twice. It's been my experience that after driving in heavy rain, the ABS light comes on but goes out again after a few days. But your ABS sensors are probably on the way out.

Edit: The "key dance" is to turn the ignition key from the off position to the run(not crank) position 3 times, on the third time leave it in the run position.

Thank you very much for your reply. I actually did the key test a few times and always received no codes. Also, my diagnostic tool could not pick up a code either. Very odd??? Thanks for the comment regarding the sensors. I actually, watched a video this morning about that very subject. That guy got a code which lead him directly to the bad sensor. I would buy the sensors but I don't want to just throw parts at it if I can get a code. Whatever is making that code throw, it does not show up and it will not erase. I disconnected the battery overnight did the touching of the pos and neg... still a code...very odd. Again, thanks!

In the past I've bought replacement sensors off eBay. Much cheaper and they work well.

Thank you for the tip! The car is 13 years old so I might if they are short money, I might as well just change the front ones. From what I have read and seen on Youtube, they are the first to go. Thanks again!

I paid about £15 each when I last bought them for my 2007 GV. And yes, it's usually the front that fail.

It's the difference between diagnostic and code reader. All PCi driven instructions travel on this BUS. I have full diagnostic that will tell me which specific wheel/sensor.

Bof luck finding an old one in America my friend.

Take good care of that......... maybe just try changing both sensors in the front. It is 13 years old. I've always been able to clear the codes via battery disconnected. I don't like doing it that way but it never failed until today. I looked at both speed sensors... just an inspection but nothing visible. The passenger side abs sensor bolt feels like it will break off so I stopped. Put some penetrating oil and I will wait. I guess heat is the next option.

I was saying to the other guy who commented, my right front abs sensor bolt feels lie it will break. You know that sensation when you can feel the bolt snapping... so I stopped. I put some penetration oil on it and heat may be next. The drivers side (well, left side over in the US) came off with a struggle. Going to take it to Advanced Auto and see if their scanners will work... I doubt it. I need Captain Chrysler's obd2's scanner....LOL. I appreciate everyone's impute.
UPDATE: After watching Youtube videos, the shop manual and comments from people here, I did the following. I cleaned the ABS rings on the car (both sides) with 2000 sand paper, cleaned the sensors (right side would not come out) and cleaned it all down with brake cleaner. I wiped everything down and let it dry. Put everything back together and took the car for a ride. I drove about 1/5 of a mile when I heard three dings and the abs light went out. I drove about 10 miles today and so far so good. The rings did have some surface rust on them. Still no stored codes. Thanks
