Default 07 Town and Country Transmission Rumble sound at 40 mph

I have a 2007 Town and Country Limited 3.8L with 107,000 miles. Recently I have noticed a new issue. When I am driving the van and hit around the 40 mph mark I noticed a rumble sound and a vibration. It is the same sensation/sound as when a car would is on the highway and drift into the brake down lane and run over those marks in the pavement. I purchased the car last year with 101,000 miles and it car has been pretty good. The transmission oil filter, pan and oil have not been serviced to my knowledge. There are no codes stored in the computer and no lights on the dashboard with the exception of the tire inflation light. All the tires are good but one of the sensors in the valve is bad so the light stays on. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

It could be a bulge on one of the tyre walls.Have you checked each of the walls on the outside and inside?
