Default 08 town and country won't start

I have an 2008 T&C 4.0 engine and it started running rough and shutoff a few times but was able to make it home. Drove like 5 miles this way. Now it won't start. Turns over fine. Have several codes P0300, P0016, P0404,P0406. I'm not sure which direction to take. I did replaced the crankshaft sensor and bought a camshaft sensor but can't find the location of the cam sensor? My wife said it did this a couple months ago but started back up and ran fine after that? It also a few months back started blowing the horn, wipers on, washing fluid spraying, lights flashing. But after I put a new battery in it hasn't happened again? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Found and replaced the cam sensor. It was underneath the alternator. But still no luck with it starting.

Back in the fall it blew a heater core line and sprayed coolant all over the egr. So what your saying makes sense. Now if I plug off the egr will it fire? Or do I need to replace egr ? Also just pulled the plugs and they look wet and black. So I will replace those as well.

Yes 404/406 refer to EGR valve and its possibly sticking. Think you have an electronic one, if you have, the EGR notes its position as been out of cue and sends signal to ECU which stops starting.

Installed new EGR valve and new plugs. Still doing the same thing. Acts like its out of time. Could someone help me with checking the timing? Thanks

Not much to go by here P0016 is Oxygen sensor. Misfire detected are your coils ok.
Now the EGR does it need Initialised I wonder as its electronic, is it electronic with a plug on it or is it actuated by outer source.
