i recently bought a 96 town and country and replaced the wiper switch with a new one because they kept stopping in random places when turned off, and now ive noticed they act right in daytime but act up when lights are on, also i have no dash lights or heater control lights at all. i checked all the fuses under dash and in the box under hood, any ideas what is causing my electrical issues?

 

I think I'd lean towards there being and issue with either your headlight switch or the master interior light switch next to it. If I remember correctly these are all one single unit. and a problem with either can kill your dash lights.

As for the wipers I'm wondering if that could be a ground issue! I'm not sure where it is but somewhere under the dash there is a master ground connection which I think these all connect to!
