i have a 1997 grand voyager 2.5 td. i'm having trouble with the front wipers. basicaly they won't turn off, even if i disconnect the control stalk. i have replaced the relay to no avail. does this model have rain detectors in the front windscreen, if so perhaps this is the problem.
