Unhappy 1997 Plymouth Grand Voyager 3.3 liter, has no power steering!

My 97 Grand Voyager 3.3 liter, has no power steering at all, during turns I have to force the steering wheel during the turn, I recently replaced the power steering pump and it still has power steering, I think its going to be my Rack and Pinion.

Does anyone know, whats wrong with my 97 Plymouth Grand Voyager?
Why is it that my van does not have power steering?
let me know.

Thumbs up steering checks!!!!

hi there,first of all make sure the fluid is topped up and the correct fluid is used.if all ok next is the pump functional and fluid supply to the r/p constant,(you will probably need both front wheels of and pipes disconected to check this properly using a bleeding kit for safety reasons)have not done this on these cars but on most cars it leads back to a tiny seal at r/p end .hope this helps you find the prob.

I already changed the power steering pump, and the fluid ands its topped off, and I had removed the air from the pump when I installed the power steering pump, it does not have any air.
The problem remains the same, no power steering at all.

Default fault code reader

if all is ok there mate you really need it plugging in to a code reader and that will put you in the right direction, could be a module/sensor fault.
