Hello all, I have a 1998 Town and Country and have an issue with my windshield wipers. It seems to only work on the high setting and when I press the button for fluid, other than that other settings do not work. It also has an issue of when I turn on the wipers and then turn it off, it does not go the bottom of the windshield, like it should(i think), but it just stops where it was at, I have to time it myself when to position it. Has anyone heard of this issue before?

Being a tech, would you happen to know the part numbers for those parts for a 1998 LXi? Just wondering by chance.
