As i was lifting one of the wipers off the windshield I noticed it wouldn't stay upright like the other one would. So I pulled on ita bit harder and that is when I heard a click or somekind of a breaking sound. Now when I try pushing it back down it will not go down all the way, i.e. the wiper floats above the windshield by an inch.. This is the drivers side wiper. Upon inspecting the two wipers I didn't see anything broken or out of place compared to the working one. Help! Please.
