I have a 99 T&C, and the alarm went off, it wouldn't turn off, locked up I believe, now, when you turn the key on, all the gauges light up and move, everything functions 100%, all electronics, but it wont turn the starter. The starter has been jumped, it works, and all scans show everything working. Dealer says that a $700.00 parts and labor for the BCM SHOULD be it, but that is expensive for a guess. Any thoughts?

Yes, factory security, lxi, so all the bells and whistles.

 

the alarm system is software in the bcm so if u cant disable it then yes a new bcm I hope that U have tried to lock and unlock the door with the key first
