Default 2000 -T&C. 2 Big problems, please help

Prob# 1:
-The RPM gauge goes almost 500 RPM and the computer (I think) try to compensate and accelerates almost over 2000 RPM, this happen a couple of times, but suddenly, the computer can not keep the RPM and fall lower than 500 and the engine turns off. When I accelerate with the pedal the RPM never get over 3500 RPM and starts to make a little cuts(this is wile parking).

- Some times the problem above happen while I´m driving and I losse power, with the acceleration pedal all the way down can not get more than 30 Mph. If I want to go faster I have to start pushing the pedal very quickly with out stop.
Some times the problem never happen and I can drive normally.

Prob# 2:
- The fans (2) in front of radiator do not work when I turn the A/C on and a few seconds after the little pressure valv over the A/C compressor start releasing the pressure an leaking the gas. This stops when I turn the A/C off. The fans work just fine when the engine is hot enough.

I called a mechanic and replaced the fuel pump and fuel filter but it did not solve the problem #1 I still have the problem.

For the problem #2 He replaced a little module, the one thar is below the fornt light near the radiator, and did not solve the problem. I paid him $450 and now his not answering his phone.

Can someone help me with an advice?

Thank for you support!!

Yes, but the mechanic said that the code is related emission problem. He used a little scaner to read the code.

You need to find a technician instead of a grease monkey-parts changer with a Harbor Freight scan tool. Anything beyond 1996 needs someone who has the mental capacity to understand how cars with computers work. They are a dying breed.

Off the top guess from me without seeing the car is that the A/C pressure transducer (high side pressure sensor) is reading incorrectly. It is located under the wiper cowl on the passenger side attached to the A/C line. Should be a roundish grey connector. Understand that Codes are not always the cause of your problem, they are often only a result.
