Default 2000 Voyager AC Question: No Cold Air

Hello,

I have a 2000 Voyager, it stopped blowing cold air. I bought a recharger and tried to top it off thinking it was low on refrigerant. The gauge on the recharger bottle say it is up to pressure even a bit toward the high side. The compressor clutch kicks on when the button is pushed on the dash. I don't know if it is normal but the clutch stay on and does not cycle.

I felt the tube coming from the condenser and it was warm not cold.

Any suggestion on how to progress?

Thanks in advance for reading..
