Default 2001 t &c headlamp

2001T&C. Left low beam Inop. Bulb is good, 12v to socket, continuity w/ground.
I'm at a loss. My wife said hi beams worked yesterday, but not today.
Swapped start relay w/ accessory relay, no luck.

Any ideas out there? Thanks.

Kevin: Thanks for the quick response. I see you have been very helpful in this forum.

I took both bulbs out from each side. Both sockets have identical volts, resistance and ground. Both bulbs work on the right side. I don't understand how I can have volts and ground, but neither bulb will work on the left!

Thanks, Jim.

Had to get the simple stuff out of the way first keep it KISS

Get the volt meter out again turn on the lights and tell me what wires have 12v and ground then turn on the high beams and tell me the same.

Okay, Kevin:

Both sides work normally in high beam. (I earlier mis-diagnosed because I didn't have the key turned!) The left side high beam also comes on when the turn indicator is held to the high beam flash position, but the left side low beam will not ever come on when normally selected. The high beam blue light on the dash does come on, the right side works normally, and the bulb out yellow caution light comes on.
Volts and ground are identical to both left and right headlight sockets. Volts are as follows, oriented to the socket connector pin on top:
Lamp off: left = .78v, right .48v
Lamp on dim: left = .78v, right = 12v
Lamp on bright: left = 11.75v, right = .5v.

Ground from center pin: Lamp off: .2ohm, Lamp on: .2ohm

So I think the switch is working since the voltages swap sides, and I'm thinking the ground is good. The bulb is good, as I've swapped both sides.

You're a hero if you can explain this one to me!

Thanks, Jim.

Kevin: Is there anything else I can do myself, or is it time to take it in?

Thanks, Jim.
