Default 2002 Front Blower Motor Help

I have a 2002 Chrys T&C with auto climate control (separate front and rear blowers and controls). A little while back the front blower motor stopped responding to speed control and just ran at one speed all the time. Yesterday it stopped working completely. The rear blower works fine, I know the A/C is working, I can feel cold air coming out the vents when I am driving, and there is cold air blowing out the rear vents. Front blower fan is not working. Any help will be much appreciated.

Default BLower resistor, control, or motor??? or what

@ CHRYSLER TECH

this mornig we woke up to -3(wind chill of -25) in the chicago area, before coming to work I sterted up the wife's 02 t/c with auto climate control just to be sure it would start later on. I sterted righ away with no problems, but the blower motor was ON at full speed, i turn the speed down, but it already at the lowest speed, turn the unit off and the blower kept blowing at full blast, didn't have time to play with it any more, turn the van off and came to work(my co worker picked me up) I told my wife to take my truck to work because I don't know if besides blowing at high speed was blowing hot or cold (the engine was VERY cold so I was just getting cold air) and with -25 you dont want cold air coming from your defroster.

what could possible be??

thanks
