Default 2002 T&C noisy wrist pin

Is it possible to change the wrist pin going through the oil pan with engine still in van?

to go through the oil pan the crank will need to come out

I was hoping the piston would squeak by. I know it will on some vehicles

the piston will go past the crank? the main thing that moves the piston itself? I would haft to see that
