I have a 2003 T & C. It infrequently and intermittanly has a higher that normal idle when placed in neutral or park (approximately 1500 RPM). When it is in this mode the shift points of the transmission are also higher or I need to let off the accelerator to get the transmission to shift sooner (lower rpm). It recently had a vacuum leak that was fixed but the problem still occurs. It can occur 1 x a week to 2x a day. There are no codes present. 117,xxx miles 3.8 liter. Throttle body has been cleaned and no matter what you do to the throttle linkage it will not idle down. Then later it will idle as normal and shift as normal.
Any suggestions would be great
