Recently when we start the van my AC, power windows andradio do not work until about 5-10 mins into the drive.

Any idea if this is a relay problem of a computer problem. Can I fix it or is it a service issue?

same thing happens with the wipers.

possible IPM issue or front controler. I live in Atlanta and I can look at it for u.
