2003 town and country limited fog lights will not work

03 town and country fog light do not come on, when the headlight switch is pull outward., I tried to turn on the fog lights with the headlight switch in all possible positions.,.the bulbs have been checked and are good.
the underhood fuse box fuse was blown replaced ,but still no foglights...also checked the relay for foglights (underhood),switched with the horn which is the same relay, horn works, but no lights...
not sure what to check next? can not seem to find a good wiring diagram. thanks for any help you can offer

Sounds like time to start checking for corroded/broken wires to the lights with a test light starting at the bulb connectors. There are so many places that could have a broken wire, that no schematic or advice could pinpoint where the fault may lay.

looking for a wiring diagram,so i can track it down, also so i can test the headlight switch to see if is sending the power to the fog lights

Have you tried pulling out on the switch?
Some Mopars of that time period, you pulled out on the switch when the headlights were on to turn on the fog lights.
This has the wiring diagrams.
