Hello, new here and desperate to find an answer. I have a 2005 Town and Country which we have owned for just over 2 years with a 6 DVD Changer and no headphones. I went to purchase some after market headphones and after realizing that there are 2 different types of headphones, IR and RF, I did all the research I could and can't figure out what kind I need.

There is no IR sensor near my DVD screen, however, in the short time that I did have the original headphones, which I stupidly threw away after they pretty much disintegrated, I know that we did not have to use a radio station to hear the DVD through the headphones. There was not scan button, just a volume button and a power button on them, I believe.

So my question is, is it possible that there could be an IR sensor somewhere else in the van other than the standard area near the screen? Please help! The model number on the DVD player is p05094033ab if that helps at all.
