Unhappy 2005 T&C lx coolant fan not working

I am new to the site. My T&C LX radiator coolant fan is not working. When I run my van for a while the radiator will start boiling and then it will overflow into the reservoir. I have check the relay. It is not that. Can anyone help please.

Most likely to be the sensor switch in the Radiator then. I take it that the radiator is heating up and hot coolant in engine is not being blocked from going to radiator. The amount of times I've had to bypass the sensor with a switch wired across it, in my previous old cars.
