The rear door will not open by squeezing the door latch switch...it will open when you insert the key, turn and pull. I am not sure if it is the lock solenoid or the switch itself. Is there anyway to trouble shoot this problem without trial and error of replacing parts.

Every once and awhile, the door will open as is should (by squeezing the handle switch), but usually only once...then it won't work for weeks.

This is the only door that has this problem and it doesn't matter if you unlock the doors using the key fob or use the unlock switch inside...it still won't open.

I guess it's down to a wiring issue, a switch or a solenoid. I am hoping that someone else has had this problem and can give me some insight.

You may a bad mico switch or the linkage needs to be adjusted.
