60k is for hard/city use. 100k is normal.
I think 80k is a good choice anyway

If you dont know the history of the car, I'd go with 55k this time (or now if it's already over 55k and no evidence of it being done).

When the wifes snapped, I'm sure I was around £1200. That included £360 worth of specialist tools and £250 labour (the guy did me a favour).

Default Timin Belt.

Hi, Timing belt kit renewal is 4 hrs by Chrysler, for a 2.5CRD and engines are similar. £800 odds quoted by Chrysler garage but just under £500 from independant. Kit costs £210 plus fitting.

I suppose you will have done this by now nickaday? Just in case, I bought a cam belt kit from JNL Engineering (Shane Simpson 01276 63278) JNL are the VM Motori distributors for the UK and usually have good prices for original equipment parts. I bought my kit for £197.61 that included gasket and everything. Fitting it is not easy and certainly requires the proper locking tools for the cams and crank - I suggest you find someone who has these and has done the job before. I dont know where you live, but I use Matthew Wiseman of Wiseman Motor Services in Solihull he is a good mechanic and seems to get things done much faster than most.

Hi all
I'm new here and new to Chrysler. Just purchased 2006 Sebring sedan..LOVE it
but of course it has a few bugs !!
1st thewindows don't work unless the engine is on AND the door is wide open !!!
Kinda hard to drive on the highway with door open to put window down LOL )
I wastold this is because wires are broken between the door frame and car. PLEASE
bear with me I'm an old timer who never has never done anything with cars including pump gas !!! My grandson says "Grandmother, I can teach you"!! I tell him that Ihavealways stayed close to he and his motherso that someone will pump my gas !!!!
Enough....
any hints on the windows and what I should know before I take it to my mechanic???
