so just recently I went to go put my defrosters on and the directional switch will not work. It will come out of the defrost a little bit but for the most part it all comes out of the front vents. I tried recalibrating by holding the power and recirculation button several different times and it did nothing. Not too long before that my DVD player started making a clicking noise and I cannot get DVD's in or out. I have tried using a credit card slim cardboard and other things to try and get it unstuck and nothing works.I can pretty much tell is the blend door actuator for the heating and air problem and the DVD player I'm pretty sure I either need a new one or need to get out and inspect it but my biggest hurdle is I don't know how to take the dash apart to get to the blend door actuator or to get the DVD player out. Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you so much.
