When starting from cold and on tick over noticed a faint jingling rattle when air con turned on.Switch a/c off rattle stopped. A/c was working fine,but today no a/c. Am I right in thinking a/c compressor clutch fell apart and is it available separately or not.

Update : The compressor clutch has fell off and is lying to one side held by w/arch liner and u/tray. Bolt or nut in u/tray I suppose. J.
