Default 2007 T/C Touring 2nd row heat

Am I missing something, for some reason not heat will come out of the vents.The front and fear are great but don't know why nothing blows out of the 2nd row vents, both floor and ceiling. thanks for any help/suggestions.

Put main dial on dash vents and thermostat on heat/red and rear blower on high to see if heat comes out. Headliner vents only work if main dial is on dash vents or bi-level, at least in my van.
