I have a 2008 Chrysler Town and Country Limited and the entertainment system is not functioning properly. I can load the DVD into the system and it will read the DVD fine. It will even show that it has started playing with the time counter advancing. However, the movie will not display on any of the screens to watch. Also, there is no sound coming out of the speakers although the movie is playing. Furthermore, I select from the menu to Turn on REAR VES and it doesn't appear to have any effect. Please advise.
