Default 2008 TC Climate Control Issues

It appears that the door in my climate control is stuck in bi-level. Where by my feet freeze and the AC dribbles out the top vents. All attempts to change fail. I can't even use the defoggers. it's just stuck. Check fuses and all is good. lowered the glove box near the cabin flilter and saw the blower motor but i didn't know what or where to check. I know it's all electric now but how and where do i get to the box controler to see if the motors bad and where is the motor. It is dual zone.

Any help would be appreciated!

Sounds like one of the doors inside the case is broken. Do you hear any movement at all when you move the selector?

Ive also changed quite a few Mode Door motors lately..... They just seem to "Strip Out" internally and spin freely.
