Default 2010 TC - no start - bad WIN?

Orig owner 2010 TC 3.8L 94K - no previous symptoms - Yesterday, went to start, but heard starter for a split second then total loss of electrical - got "no bus" on dash. Today, good electrical (lights, locks, etc.) - good battery voltage, cleaned connections, R/R relays. Same issue of starter engage for a split second then dark. Not getting "no bus" anymore and turning off/on the key gets good lights but trying to engage the starter continues to act like a dead/low battery. Doesn't sound like the WIN since I hear the starter try. Anyone seen this before? Need my daily driver - worried that the dealer wants to simply replace the computer and WIN.
