Default 2010 Town & Country

My T&C vibrates terribly between 45 & 50 mph. Entire steering wheel has to be held onto with two hands. Before or after that speed range its fine. I've taken it to three mechanics who cannot find a problem--when we can get it to replicate as it only happens periodically.

Tires are balanced. Rotors, CV joints etc are fine. Van has just under 100k on it.

The other issue I'm having is the cluster board/dash lights. I'll be driving along, and the entire panel lights up, bells go off, needles for the speedometer drop to nothing. I mean literally the entire panel is lit up. Makes no sense. Mechanics don't know what is wrong with it either.

And third issue---albeit much less an issue than these, the gas cap light WILL NOT go off. I've replaced the cap it's been reset and cannot get it to turn off.

Clearly the first two issues are my priority. We use this van to travel all over the Southeast US, I cannot drive it as I'm worried it may catch fire or break down with my kids in it. Not willing to risk it.

Any help or suggestions is greatly appreciated.
