Default 2010 Town and Country starting problems

I have a strange intermittent issue with the starting of my 2010 Chrysler Town and Country Touring. It has the 4L engine, 193,000 miles. The issue I'm having now is this strange starting issue. Sometimes when I turn the key to start it sounds like something's out of sync. It kind of sputters like it's trying to start and I immediately turn the key off. The when I turn it back on it starts fine. I have not been able to identify any cause and effect (like if it's hot, cold, wet, etc.). It's very random. I have looked at YouTube videos and they mostly suggest loose grounds. But I have detailed the vehicle inside and out, including the engine, and all grounds are intact. I was also thinking the starter since it's original to the van. There's also mentions of bad relays? Again, it will always start if you pause and try again. But it's random when it occurs. Any thoughts or experience with this type of issue? Insights and advice appreciated, and thanks in advance.
