Default 2011 third row power seat doesn't stow or raise

Hi all!
I just bought a 2011 T&C limited with power stow third row sets. The single seat will stow. But the other will fold then makes a loud pop when trying to go back from there. The user guide says it can be stowed manually, but those instructions are on a DVD that I do not have.
EDIT: I figured out the release to get it down manually. When I try to raise it using auto "normal" it lifts a few inches then makes the loud pop over and over.

Default Third row power seat - issue

I have exactly the same issue with my (new to me) 2011. Were you able to fix this?

I also have a 2011 T&C with the same issue.

Were you able to resolve yours? If so, how?

Thanks,
John
