Hello folks,

I need help with two items -
1. The driver side rear sliding door would not close or open intermittently with key fob or any buttons available. It would attempt to open/ close but keep clicking and stop. I can here the motor winning. If I pull and hold the door long enough so starts sliding then it works fine. I thought probably actuator or actuator motor does unlock properly that's why it works with holding the door handle. Just wanted to check what you guys think?

2. I tried to take apart the sliding door. I pulled down on the interior door trim and got to the point where the plastic plate holding actuator doesn't come out because it's stuck behind the lower glass track or channel. I have removed the two bolts holding the lower glass track or channel. I am just not sure how to pull the lower track or channel out.
Does anybody experience this before and how did you take it out? Do you guys have instructions to share, please?

It looks like an actuator problem that doesn't pull far enough. Before disassembling, try a good cleaning and lubrication of the mechanism, sometimes that's enough. Otherwise, you may have to adjust or replace the actuator. If you don't have a manual, some YouTube videos can help you see how to disassemble cleanly. Keep us posted !
