Default 2012 Town and Country Noise behind driver rear wheel

Good evening,
We've had this van for about a month, and noticed something this evening that I am unable to identify. When I turn the van off there is a running sound behind the driver side rear wheel. Sounds similar to a fan running. I've tried googling for an answer, closest I could find is it could be the fuel evaporation leakage checking system or ELDS. It's been running for over an hour, is that normal? Or is the noise from something else? Has anyone else ran into this?

Thanks in advance for any help you all can give.

Update: What ever it is that is running is drawing enough power to kill the battery in less than 6 hours.

Just a guess. This isnt the heater running under the car.

Disconnect the battery. Charge it. Reconnect the battery. Reproduce the sound then remove fuses one at a time to determine which circuit is making the noise.

This is a good plan of action, I would start with fuse M25 (yellow 20 amp), it is the fuel pump fuse. I suspect that the fuel pump relay is sticking closed.

There have been issues with the fuel pump relay, mostly causing stalling and no-start problems, but there have been cases of the fuel pump running after the vehicle is turned off.

The bad news is the relay is soldered onto a circuit board inside the TIPM (Totally Integrated Power Module), for more information see this site: TIPM Repair & Bypass Solutions for 2007-2014 Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep/VW Vehicles

Exclamation Fan noise near driver side back tire running after car shuts off & kills battery

Recently had this issue on my 2012 van and it is related to the fuel pump regulator (not sure if that is the term) and wiring that has shotted out. Not a cheap repair but repairable.
