Question 2012 Town & Country Power Sliders Electrical Issue

I have a 2012 T&C Touring that has an odd problem with the power slide doors. First, the operations are reversed.... when I press lock on the remote or drivers interior switch they unlock... when I press unlock, they lock. Also the windows, when operated from the drivers side console, are opposite (press left side - the right side goes down, press right... the left goes down.) There is power to the doors.... and the rear liftgate works fine, but the doors don't operate to power open or close.

What suggestions to try do you have? (anyone?)

Has it been doing this from the get go or is this something new? If it's the previous I would suspect it was wired backwards at the factory.

Certainly sounds like polarity is reversed somewhere in elec. system. Also suggest having dealer diagnose it.

The TIPM was replaced.... didn't solve the problem....

Any idea where, if the polarity is reversed, that could happen?

Dealership has had it for over 2 weeks and, other than replacing the TIPM, they have not been able to track it down.

Wouldn't Performing the Power Sliding Door Learn Cycle for each Power Sliding Door solve the issue or would that just relearn the same problem?

No, not if it's "wired backwards" or "polarity is crossed". They mean the same thing. Has the dealership verified the by wire color code the correct wires are in the correct pin slots on the connectors?
