Default 2012 voyager intermittent rad. Fan startup while vehicle turned off

Hi everybody.

Im having a weird problem with my Lancia voyager 2012. Its equipped with a start/stop button. Now some time after parking it started to intermittently start the rad. Fan for a second or two and turn off again, around 3 such cycles per 10 seconds. After few minutes it might stop for a while and then start again. Now when i tried to turn on the ignition it seems like a short circuit is happening somewhere. Lights blink and i get different error codes and a flat battery sign. We only got the car last week. Previous owner hasn't had the intermittent fan startup but has had issues with start/stop button before. Surely im not the only Lancia owner facing such problem. Google hasn't been too helpful either.

best regards,
Ray

So turns out this has happened before about a year ago to the previous owner. Issue was tracked to corroded 3 relays/wires underneath the battery. The issues with start/stop button is most likely a flat battery after few hours of fan startup. I'll inspect and if its anything other than these corroded wires i'll let you guys know.
