Default 2013 Power door and tailgate issue

Need help - proper puzzled.
2013 Grand Voyager, both rear doors and tailgate will not function from either of the 2 remote keys I have. The remote locks and unlocks the car correctly. Spoke to 2 different mobile key specialists who say that its highly unlikely to be the key as the issue is on both keys, plus they lock and unlock correctly and I would either have a full fob failure, or none. Not partial.
Car was not used for a while but they were all working before being parked up. Once ready to use, I replaced the battery as it was no longer fit for purpose. Ive replaced both key fob batteries, cleaned the connections inside the fob, and also made sure the fob battery has a good connection with inside of fob.
Any help deeply appreciated.

Try disconnecting the negative terminal from the cars main battery. Leave it off for 15 minutes then re-connect.

THanks for the suggestion, Alan. Is this something you may have encountered before or just a hopeful suggestion?

It's a common thing to try to clear a lot of gremlins. It resets the ECU.
