I didn’t drive my car for a few days. I went to start it, and the instrument panel was flashing on and off, and I heard a repetitive clicking noise coming from the engine compartment. I went into the fuse box and noticed all the relays were making the noise, I checked the battery electronically. Did load test clean terminals and also cleaned all the connections to the fuse box with electronics cleaner still nothing. Has anyone ever seen this before? Have any ideas?
