Trying to verify some info the dealer told me. I'm not an aftermarket/after delivery modifying person typically, but...well, it's a long story. I'll spare you the drama.

I asked if I could add/retrofit a power seat to the passenger side to my van. I have a manual seat, as I purchased a Touring version of the van. (I wanted a Touring-L, but no one had one for at least 60 miles from my home).

I was told that it was impossible because the entire dash would have to be torn out to install the new harnesses, etc. to hook up to the new seat.

Is this true?
