2014 Town & Country Radio Issue

2014 Town & Country Radio Issue
I've been doing some searching and although I've seen issues close to what mine is, none of them are exact and none of the fixes have worked.
A couple weeks ago the radio started shutting down intermittently and then rebooting. Then it went to displaying just a white screen (no audio). And then finally just died with a black screen but the lights behind the buttons were still on. I assumed it was the radio and ordered an aftermarket from Crutchfield with all the harnesses and such, put it in this morning and it still won't turn on. It is getting power on the 12v ign. and acc. wires. Any help would be appreciated. I've checked all fuses and did the whole disconnect the battery thing and none of that worked.

Touchscreen radio with HDD w/o navigation. I believe the radio code is REN.
