Exclamation 2016 T&C Rear Windshield Washer

My rear windshield washer hose has sprung a leak or a disconnection. When activiated the fluid sprays on the passenger corner of the front windshield under that pillar and when looking closely you can see it and hear it violently spraying. My question is what is the best course of action on getting to the source of the leak and how to remove the components to get to it? Thanks for any and all feedback!

I had this problem on my 2007 model. It was a simple fix. Open the tailgate, on the right hand side, underneath the carpet, there is a fitting that joins the plastic tubing which can become unplugged.

I’m actually having a problem with the front windshield on the Passenger-side when activating the rear windshield washer. Though if I do have a problem in the future with a hose leak in the rear, I will keep this info in mind, thank you.
